We had a wonderful experience with Premier, the interactions with the office staff were lovely. Giselle I think that was her name was friendly and responsive. She even called me on the day of my appointment to let me know that an earlier spot had opened up if I was interested. Abel came out to check out a few issues and complete a yearly maintenance check. He not only fixed the problems, but he also spent the time with me explaining what they were and giving me tips on how to avoid them in the future. Every employee you deal with from the beginning with your initial call to the office, to the service team and the owner Abel are professional, responsive, honest and trustworthy. When are our AC in Palm Bay was not working properly the technician explained our options and gave us the price for repair or replace without being pushed. We did not feel pressured in what our decision should be. Our questions were answered in a manner we understood and we decided to replace our unit right them and there. The price was reasonable, the installation was done timely and with expertise. At completion, Abel, the owner, came to inspect the work. He makes you feel like a valued customer. We have been using this company for 2 years and will continue to be a customer. I will always recommend them as an honest and fair HVAC Contractor.

Excellent service! Our AC stopped working and our current AC repair company was unable to come out for DAYS to look at it. So we called around and found Premier Heating and Cooling who said they could come out within the hour. They made good on their word and was able to fix our issue within 30 minutes! No problems with the neighbors and the installation was completed on time. Despite the complexity of our location, they were able to install without incident. Even if the price of the unit is a little higher than that of other vendors, I hope the business can maintain its high standards of service. I’ve never used this vendor before. I could go on and on about Abel and his group! Setting up an appointment was simple, and they did a great job of informing me of their arrival time and doing so on time. They were very professional and worked to troubleshoot my problems before providing me with a variety of solutions to solve them. Because I decided to upgrade my system, the task ended up being very extensive, yet the Service Expert stayed late into the night to finish it for me, which I truly appreciated.
