We had a wonderful experience with Premier, the interactions with the office staff were lovely. Giselle I think that was her name was friendly and responsive. She even called me on the day of my appointment to let me know that an earlier spot had opened up if I was interested. Abel came out to check out a few issues and complete a yearly maintenance check. He not only fixed the problems, but he also spent the time with me explaining what they were and giving me tips on how to avoid them in the future. Every employee you deal with from the beginning with your initial call to the office, to the service team and the owner Abel are professional, responsive, honest and trustworthy. When are our AC in Palm Bay was not working properly the technician explained our options and gave us the price for repair or replace without being pushed. We did not feel pressured in what our decision should be. Our questions were answered in a manner we understood and we decided to replace our unit right them and there.
